How long does it take to build a custom pool in Naples?
Most custom pools take roughly 8 to 14 weeks from permit approval to the first swim, depending on size, features, and inspections. Permitting and HOA review add time up front; we give you a realistic schedule before we start and keep you updated throughout.
Gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl — which is best in Florida?
For a custom luxury pool, gunite is the standard: any shape, any size, and finishes from plaster to pebble to glass bead. Fiberglass installs faster but comes in fixed shapes and sizes. We build gunite because it gives you complete design freedom and decades of life.
Can you add a spa, sun shelf, or water features to our design?
Yes — spillover spas, Baja shelves, infinity and vanishing edges, deck jets, sheer descents, fire bowls, and lighting are all designed in from the start so plumbing and equipment are sized correctly.
Do you handle permits, HOA approval, and the screen enclosure?
Yes. We prepare engineering and permit drawings, submit to your HOA or architectural review board, and coordinate the deck, pavers, screen enclosure, and outdoor kitchen so everything is planned as one project.
