Pools & Spas in Kensington Golf & Country Club
Pools are one of the most-requested projects we take on in Kensington Golf & Country Club, whether it's a brand-new pool, a spa addition, or a full backyard. Across estate homes, villas, and carriage homes, we handle design, permitting, HOA review, construction, and startup as one service.
Kensington Golf & Country Club is one of central Naples' most established gated communities — tree-lined streets of estate homes, villas, and carriage homes around a championship course, minutes from Pine Ridge Road. Built largely in the 1990s, Kensington is in a steady wave of renovation.

Pools & Spas in Kensington Golf & Country Club — FAQs
My Kensington Golf & Country Club home is older — what should I expect?
Older homes can hide outdated plumbing, wiring, or moisture damage. We inspect before quoting, flag anything we find, and include the fix in the plan rather than surprising you mid-project.
Do you follow Kensington Golf & Country Club's community rules and architectural review?
Yes. We prepare any submittals the community requires and schedule work within its contractor guidelines.
Gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl — which is best in Florida?
For a custom luxury pool, gunite is the standard: any shape, any size, and finishes from plaster to pebble to glass bead. Fiberglass installs faster but comes in fixed shapes and sizes. We build gunite because it gives you complete design freedom and decades of life.
Do you handle permits, HOA approval, and the screen enclosure?
Yes. We prepare engineering and permit drawings, submit to your HOA or architectural review board, and coordinate the deck, pavers, screen enclosure, and outdoor kitchen so everything is planned as one project.
Do you provide pools & spas throughout Kensington Golf & Country Club?
Yes — including Yorktown, Wellington Place, Kensington Gardens, Canterbury Greens, and the surrounding area. Call (224) 251-9599 to schedule a free in-home consultation.
