Local Expertise
Kitchens, baths & floors in Olde Naples
Olde Naples is where the city began — the walkable blocks between Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South, and the Gulf, where historic cottages sit beside new coastal-contemporary homes. Kitchens here are often compact and full of character, bathrooms date from another era, and original wood floors are hiding under decades of carpet and tile.
We specialize in exactly that work: kitchens re-planned around how you cook and entertain, bathrooms rebuilt into light-filled retreats, and wood floors restored or replaced with wide-plank oak that suits the neighborhood's easy coastal style. When a project calls for more — an addition or a full renovation — our construction team handles that too.

Cabinetry, stone, tile, and hardwood are what we do every day — and when a project grows, our construction team is already on it.
Built for the Coast

White-Glove Standard
Immaculate sites, kept schedules, and proactive communication — in Olde Naples, how we work matters as much as what we build.
Good to Know
Remodeling in Olde Naples — FAQs
Can you open up a small, closed-in kitchen in an older Olde Naples cottage?
Usually, yes. We evaluate walls, plumbing, and structure first, then design a layout that gains counter space, storage, and flow without losing the home's character — and we handle any engineering and permitting the change requires.
Can you save the original wood floors in my older home?
Often. We assess the boards, weave in matching replacements where damage exists, and sand and refinish to bring them back. If they can't be saved, we'll say so and recommend a new floor that suits the house.
Do you deal with the humidity this close to the beach?
Always. Moisture testing, proper acclimation, vapor protection, and moisture-rated cabinet and bath materials are standard on every job we do near the Gulf.
