Pools & Spas in Olde Naples
A great pool turns a Olde Naples backyard into the best room of the house. For Olde Naples' historic cottages and new coastal-contemporary homes, we design and build custom gunite pools and spas — with the decks, lighting, and outdoor living around them — planned in 3D before we ever break ground.
Olde Naples is where the city began — the walkable blocks between Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South, and the Gulf, where historic cottages sit beside new coastal-contemporary homes. Kitchens here are often compact and full of character, bathrooms date from another era, and original wood floors are hiding under decades of carpet and tile.
Local Knowledge
What to know about pools & spas in Olde Naples
Estate-level work
Estate pools here call for infinity and vanishing edges, spillover spas, fire features, and stone decking detailed to match the architecture.
Near the water
On waterfront lots we engineer for high water tables, seawall setbacks, and salt air — and frame the pool so it reads as part of the view.
Older homes
Many older Olde Naples homes have dated pools worth rebuilding; we resurface, retile, re-equip, or replace the pool entirely along with its deck.
One point of contact
Every pool build in Olde Naples is managed by one person from the first visit to the final walkthrough — no chasing separate trades.

Pools & Spas in Olde Naples — FAQs
Do you work with architects and designers on Olde Naples projects?
Regularly. We build from your design team's specifications, contribute pricing and constructability input early, and keep them involved through completion.
Does being close to the water change how you approach pools & spas?
It does. We specify materials and methods for humidity and salt air — moisture testing, proper ventilation and waterproofing, and coastal-grade hardware wherever it applies.
How long does it take to build a custom pool in Naples?
Most custom pools take roughly 8 to 14 weeks from permit approval to the first swim, depending on size, features, and inspections. Permitting and HOA review add time up front; we give you a realistic schedule before we start and keep you updated throughout.
Can you add a spa, sun shelf, or water features to our design?
Yes — spillover spas, Baja shelves, infinity and vanishing edges, deck jets, sheer descents, fire bowls, and lighting are all designed in from the start so plumbing and equipment are sized correctly.
