Pools & Spas in Vanderbilt Beach
A great pool turns a Vanderbilt Beach backyard into the best room of the house. For Vanderbilt Beach's Gulf-front condominium towers and Vanderbilt Lagoon canal homes, we design and build custom gunite pools and spas — with the decks, lighting, and outdoor living around them — planned in 3D before we ever break ground.
Vanderbilt Beach is Gulf-front condominium towers along Gulf Shore Drive, canal homes on Vanderbilt Lagoon, and some of the most valuable real estate in Naples. Remodeling here is mostly condo work — which means association approvals, elevator scheduling, and strict rules about sound and work hours.

What to know about pools & spas in Vanderbilt Beach
Condominium buildings
For Vanderbilt Beach villas and townhomes with private yards, we design compact plunge pools and spas that fit tight setbacks and association rules.
Near the water
On waterfront lots we engineer for high water tables, seawall setbacks, and salt air — and frame the pool so it reads as part of the view.

Pool construction is easiest while you're away; we keep you updated with photos and have the pool filled and balanced before you return.
One point of contact

Good to Know
Pools & Spas in Vanderbilt Beach — FAQs
Does being close to the water change how you approach pools & spas?
It does. We specify materials and methods for humidity and salt air — moisture testing, proper ventilation and waterproofing, and coastal-grade hardware wherever it applies.
Can the work happen while I'm away for the season?
Yes, and many clients prefer it. We provide photo updates, keep the home secure, and stay your single point of contact from start to finish.
How long does it take to build a custom pool in Naples?
Most custom pools take roughly 8 to 14 weeks from permit approval to the first swim, depending on size, features, and inspections. Permitting and HOA review add time up front; we give you a realistic schedule before we start and keep you updated throughout.
Can you add a spa, sun shelf, or water features to our design?
Yes — spillover spas, Baja shelves, infinity and vanishing edges, deck jets, sheer descents, fire bowls, and lighting are all designed in from the start so plumbing and equipment are sized correctly.
Do you provide pools & spas throughout Vanderbilt Beach?
Yes — including Gulf-front towers on Gulf Shore Drive, Vanderbilt Lagoon canal homes, The Dunes area, Pelican Bay (adjacent), and the surrounding area. Call (224) 251-9599 to schedule a free in-home consultation.
