How long does a custom home take to build in Naples?

Most luxury custom homes run 14 to 24 months from permit to completion depending on size, site conditions, and selections. Pre-construction — design, engineering, and permitting — typically adds six to twelve months before that. We give you a realistic schedule up front and report against it weekly.

Do you build on our lot or help us find one?

Both. We build on client-owned homesites throughout Naples' premier communities, and our development experience means we can also help you evaluate lots — orientation, elevation requirements, teardown potential — before you purchase.

Can you work with our architect and interior designer?

Absolutely. We regularly build from outside architects' plans and execute designers' specifications to the letter. We're happiest when we join the team early, where our pricing and constructability input saves real money.
