Pools & Spas in Pelican Bay
Pools are one of the most-requested projects we take on in Pelican Bay, whether it's a brand-new pool, a spa addition, or a full backyard. Across Gulf-front towers, villas, and estate homes, we handle design, permitting, HOA review, construction, and startup as one service.
Pelican Bay sets the standard for community living in Naples — three miles of Gulf frontage, beach clubs reached by boardwalk tram, and residences from high-rise condominiums to villas and estate homes. Expectations for interiors are exacting, and kitchens and baths are where those expectations are highest.
Local Knowledge
What to know about pools & spas in Pelican Bay
Condominium buildings
For Pelican Bay villas and townhomes with private yards, we design compact plunge pools and spas that fit tight setbacks and association rules.
Near the water
On waterfront lots we engineer for high water tables, seawall setbacks, and salt air — and frame the pool so it reads as part of the view.
Gated access
Gate access, vendor registration, insurance certificates, and HOA work rules are handled by our office, so you never have to coordinate them.
Seasonal owners
Pool construction is easiest while you're away; we keep you updated with photos and have the pool filled and balanced before you return.
One point of contact
Every pool build in Pelican Bay is managed by one person from the first visit to the final walkthrough — no chasing separate trades.

Good to Know
Pools & Spas in Pelican Bay — FAQs
Does being close to the water change how you approach pools & spas?
It does. We specify materials and methods for humidity and salt air — moisture testing, proper ventilation and waterproofing, and coastal-grade hardware wherever it applies.
Do you work inside Pelican Bay's gates?
Yes. We handle gate access, vendor registration, insurance certificates, and community work-hour rules, so you don't have to coordinate any of it.
Gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl — which is best in Florida?
For a custom luxury pool, gunite is the standard: any shape, any size, and finishes from plaster to pebble to glass bead. Fiberglass installs faster but comes in fixed shapes and sizes. We build gunite because it gives you complete design freedom and decades of life.
Do you handle permits, HOA approval, and the screen enclosure?
Yes. We prepare engineering and permit drawings, submit to your HOA or architectural review board, and coordinate the deck, pavers, screen enclosure, and outdoor kitchen so everything is planned as one project.
