Pools & Spas in Bay Colony
A great pool turns a Bay Colony backyard into the best room of the house. For Bay Colony's beachfront towers, villas, and estate homes, we design and build custom gunite pools and spas — with the decks, lighting, and outdoor living around them — planned in 3D before we ever break ground.
Bay Colony is the gated enclave within Pelican Bay — private beach club, its own tennis club, and beachfront towers, villas, and estate homes that rank among Naples' most exclusive addresses. Remodeling here brings high-rise requirements and estate expectations at the same time.
Local Knowledge
What to know about pools & spas in Bay Colony
Condominium buildings
For Bay Colony villas and townhomes with private yards, we design compact plunge pools and spas that fit tight setbacks and association rules.
Estate-level work
Estate pools here call for infinity and vanishing edges, spillover spas, fire features, and stone decking detailed to match the architecture.
Near the water
On waterfront lots we engineer for high water tables, seawall setbacks, and salt air — and frame the pool so it reads as part of the view.
Gated access
Gate access, vendor registration, insurance certificates, and HOA work rules are handled by our office, so you never have to coordinate them.
Seasonal owners
Pool construction is easiest while you're away; we keep you updated with photos and have the pool filled and balanced before you return.
One point of contact
Every pool build in Bay Colony is managed by one person from the first visit to the final walkthrough — no chasing separate trades.

Pools & Spas in Bay Colony — FAQs
Do you work with architects and designers on Bay Colony projects?
Regularly. We build from your design team's specifications, contribute pricing and constructability input early, and keep them involved through completion.
Does being close to the water change how you approach pools & spas?
It does. We specify materials and methods for humidity and salt air — moisture testing, proper ventilation and waterproofing, and coastal-grade hardware wherever it applies.
Can you add a spa, sun shelf, or water features to our design?
Yes — spillover spas, Baja shelves, infinity and vanishing edges, deck jets, sheer descents, fire bowls, and lighting are all designed in from the start so plumbing and equipment are sized correctly.
How long does it take to build a custom pool in Naples?
Most custom pools take roughly 8 to 14 weeks from permit approval to the first swim, depending on size, features, and inspections. Permitting and HOA review add time up front; we give you a realistic schedule before we start and keep you updated throughout.
