Pools & Spas in Bay Colony Shores
Pools are one of the most-requested projects we take on in Bay Colony Shores, whether it's a brand-new pool, a spa addition, or a full backyard. Across custom homes on quiet gated cul-de-sacs, we handle design, permitting, HOA review, construction, and startup as one service.
Bay Colony Shores is the single-family heart of Bay Colony — a small collection of custom homes on quiet cul-de-sacs behind two gates, steps from the private beach club. These homes are renovated regularly to keep pace with their address.

Estate-level work
Estate pools here call for infinity and vanishing edges, spillover spas, fire features, and stone decking detailed to match the architecture.

Pools & Spas in Bay Colony Shores — FAQs
Do you work with architects and designers on Bay Colony Shores projects?
Regularly. We build from your design team's specifications, contribute pricing and constructability input early, and keep them involved through completion.
Does being close to the water change how you approach pools & spas?
It does. We specify materials and methods for humidity and salt air — moisture testing, proper ventilation and waterproofing, and coastal-grade hardware wherever it applies.
Do you handle permits, HOA approval, and the screen enclosure?
Yes. We prepare engineering and permit drawings, submit to your HOA or architectural review board, and coordinate the deck, pavers, screen enclosure, and outdoor kitchen so everything is planned as one project.
Gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl — which is best in Florida?
For a custom luxury pool, gunite is the standard: any shape, any size, and finishes from plaster to pebble to glass bead. Fiberglass installs faster but comes in fixed shapes and sizes. We build gunite because it gives you complete design freedom and decades of life.
