Pools & Spas in Estero
Pools are one of the most-requested projects we take on in Estero, whether it's a brand-new pool, a spa addition, or a full backyard. Across newer homes in communities like West Bay Club and Pelican Sound, we handle design, permitting, HOA review, construction, and startup as one service.
Estero has grown from a quiet stop between Naples and Fort Myers into one of Southwest Florida's most desirable addresses — anchored by Coconut Point and surrounded by communities like West Bay Club, Pelican Sound, and The Brooks. The newer housing stock here often means builder-grade kitchens, baths, and tile ready for an upgrade.

Good to Know
Pools & Spas in Estero — FAQs
Do you follow Estero's community rules and architectural review?
Yes. We prepare any submittals the community requires and schedule work within its contractor guidelines.
Do you work inside Estero's gates?
Yes. We handle gate access, vendor registration, insurance certificates, and community work-hour rules, so you don't have to coordinate any of it.
Do you handle permits, HOA approval, and the screen enclosure?
Yes. We prepare engineering and permit drawings, submit to your HOA or architectural review board, and coordinate the deck, pavers, screen enclosure, and outdoor kitchen so everything is planned as one project.
Gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl — which is best in Florida?
For a custom luxury pool, gunite is the standard: any shape, any size, and finishes from plaster to pebble to glass bead. Fiberglass installs faster but comes in fixed shapes and sizes. We build gunite because it gives you complete design freedom and decades of life.
