Pools & Spas in Ave Maria
A great pool turns a Ave Maria backyard into the best room of the house. For Ave Maria's new-construction homes in a master-planned town, we design and build custom gunite pools and spas — with the decks, lighting, and outdoor living around them — planned in 3D before we ever break ground.
Ave Maria is one of the fastest-growing new towns in America — a master-planned community east of Naples where thousands of families have bought new construction homes. New homes usually come with builder-standard kitchens, baths, and flooring, and that's exactly where we come in.

Good to Know
Pools & Spas in Ave Maria — FAQs
Can we stay in the home during the work?
Usually. We contain dust, keep essential rooms usable where possible, and schedule noisy work around your household.
How long does it take to build a custom pool in Naples?
Most custom pools take roughly 8 to 14 weeks from permit approval to the first swim, depending on size, features, and inspections. Permitting and HOA review add time up front; we give you a realistic schedule before we start and keep you updated throughout.
Can you add a spa, sun shelf, or water features to our design?
Yes — spillover spas, Baja shelves, infinity and vanishing edges, deck jets, sheer descents, fire bowls, and lighting are all designed in from the start so plumbing and equipment are sized correctly.
Do you provide pools & spas throughout Ave Maria?
