Kitchen Remodeling in Lely Resort
Across Lely Resort's estate homes, villages, coach homes, and condos, the kitchen is the room that sets the tone for the whole home. We design and build Lely Resort kitchens from the layout up — custom and semi-custom cabinetry, granite, quartz, and quartzite counters, lighting, and appliance integration — with one team and one point of contact from first sketch to final walkthrough.
Lely Resort stretches across 3,000 acres between downtown Naples and Marco Island — three golf courses, resort amenities, and neighborhoods ranging from estate homes to villas, coach homes, and condos. It's one of South Naples' most active home-upgrade markets.
Local Knowledge
What to know about kitchen remodeling in Lely Resort
Newer homes
Newer Lely Resort homes often arrive with builder-grade cabinets and counters; we upgrade selectively or redesign the room entirely, depending on what's worth keeping.
Golf-community homes
In golf-community homes the kitchen anchors the entertaining space, so islands, seating, and flow toward the lanai get as much attention as the cabinetry.
Gated access
Gate access, vendor registration, insurance certificates, and HOA work rules are handled by our office, so you never have to coordinate them.
One point of contact
Every kitchen remodel in Lely Resort is managed by one person from the first visit to the final walkthrough — no chasing separate trades.
Our Process
How your kitchen remodel comes together
-
01
Design Consultation
We measure your space, discuss layout, storage, style, and budget, and shortlist cabinetry lines and finishes.

Rendering & Selections
2D/3D renderings, door samples, stone slabs, and hardware come together into an approved, priced design.
-
03
Demolition & Rough-In
The old kitchen comes out cleanly; electrical, plumbing, and lighting are updated for the new layout.
-
04

Kitchen Remodeling in Lely Resort — FAQs
My Lely Resort home is fairly new — is kitchen remodeling worth doing already?
For many owners, yes. Builder-grade finishes are the most common complaint in newer homes, and targeted upgrades change how the whole house feels. We'll tell you honestly what's worth replacing and what isn't.
Do you follow Lely Resort's community rules and architectural review?
Yes. We prepare any submittals the community requires and schedule work within its contractor guidelines.
Do you design outdoor kitchens too?
Yes — weatherproof cabinetry, stone counters, and full outdoor culinary spaces are one of our specialties. See our dedicated outdoor kitchens service for details.
What's the difference between custom and semi-custom cabinetry?
Semi-custom cabinetry starts from a manufacturer's platform with extensive size, finish, and storage options — excellent quality at a stronger price point. Full custom is built from scratch to any dimension, wood species, or finish. We offer both and will tell you honestly which your design actually needs.
