Hardwood Flooring in Lely Resort
Hardwood is one of our three specialties, and Lely Resort's estate homes, villages, coach homes, and condos give it plenty to do. We install engineered and solid hardwood — wide-plank European oak, exotic species, and patterned floors — and restore existing floors through sanding, repairs, custom staining, and refinishing.
Lely Resort stretches across 3,000 acres between downtown Naples and Marco Island — three golf courses, resort amenities, and neighborhoods ranging from estate homes to villas, coach homes, and condos. It's one of South Naples' most active home-upgrade markets.
Local Knowledge
What to know about hardwood flooring in Lely Resort
Newer homes
Replacing builder-grade tile or carpet with real hardwood is the most common flooring upgrade in newer Lely Resort homes, starting with dust-controlled tile removal.
Golf-community homes
Open golf-community floor plans reward planning: we set plank direction and transitions so one floor runs through living areas, kitchen, and halls.
Gated access
Gate access, vendor registration, insurance certificates, and HOA work rules are handled by our office, so you never have to coordinate them.
One point of contact
Every hardwood floor project in Lely Resort is managed by one person from the first visit to the final walkthrough — no chasing separate trades.

Good to Know
Hardwood Flooring in Lely Resort — FAQs
My Lely Resort home is fairly new — is hardwood flooring worth doing already?
For many owners, yes. Builder-grade finishes are the most common complaint in newer homes, and targeted upgrades change how the whole house feels. We'll tell you honestly what's worth replacing and what isn't.
Do you follow Lely Resort's community rules and architectural review?
Yes. We prepare any submittals the community requires and schedule work within its contractor guidelines.
Can you install hardwood in a high-rise condo?
Yes — we install acoustic-rated systems that meet association sound requirements and handle the approval documentation, elevator logistics, and building rules as routine.
Should I refinish my hardwood floors or replace them?
If the boards are sound and have enough wear layer left, refinishing is usually the better value — sanding, repairs, and new finish can make them look new. If they're thin, badly damaged, or the wrong look for your remodel, replacement makes more sense. We'll tell you honestly which applies.
