Good to Know
Custom Closets & Laundry Rooms in The Colony Golf & Bay Club — FAQs
Can you do custom closets & laundry rooms in a The Colony Golf & Bay Club condominium?
Yes. We work within your building's renovation rules — board approval, insurance certificates, elevator and dock reservations, protection of common areas, and permitted work hours — and prepare the documentation your association asks for.
Does being close to the water change how you approach custom closets & laundry rooms?
It does. We specify materials and methods for humidity and salt air — moisture testing, proper ventilation and waterproofing, and coastal-grade hardware wherever it applies.
What's the typical investment for a custom walk-in closet?
Reach-in systems start modestly; large boutique walk-ins with islands, glass fronts, and lighting are a bigger commitment. Because we design to your inventory rather than sell modules, we'll give you an exact price from your renderings — before anything is built.
How long does installation take?
Most closets install in one to three days. Laundry rooms with plumbing or electrical changes run about a week. Fabrication lead time before installation is typically three to five weeks.
